How do I signup for a rally?

If you are a current member of our group you can simply send an email to rallymaster@heartlandtravelers.com and request to be added.

How are sites assigned if sites are reserved by the club?

If the club has reserved a block of sites they will be assigned in the order by the date the member has signed up for the rally.

Can I cancel?

Yes you can. We will do our best to reassign your site or cancel it.  If this cannot be done please reimburse the club for the reservation.
